DOR PROJECT

The DOR Project (“DOR”) located in the Xieng Khouang Province, approximately 400 km NE from Vientiane, the capital of Lao PDR

The BMX concession covers an area of 5 km2 and hosts iron-copper-gold scarn mineralisation.  The nearest significant defined resource is Phu Bia Mining Limited's KTL Copper-Gold deposit, located 30 km southwest of the DOR Site.

The DOR Project consists of three open pits: DOR South, DOR North, and DOR West. The deposits are near surface and well suited for extraction by conventional open pit methods.

Following a 15-year exploration campaign a JORC compliant resource was estimated on the 5 km2 concession area.

The project will be developed in 2 stages. An oxide stage (open pit down to 30 m from surface) with an 8-year mine life and sulphide stage (open pit from 30 m to 80 m) with a 4-year mine life (but further drilling can increase the resource and extend the mine life).

The resource at the DOR Project is currently estimated at 6.13 Mt consisting of 34,000 T of copper at 0.55%, 90,000 Oz of gold at 0.45 g/t, 2.1 Moz of silver at 11 g/t and 801,000 T of iron ore at 13%.

The project is estimated to deliver a US$654M net profit (before taxes and capex).

Phase 1 of the Oxide Stage is the DOR South Pit Mine and is estimated to produce a net profit of US$217M (before taxes and capex).
